I scored 95% missed one acronym. I have been in Customer service all of my life.

I had 95%, because of the customer is always right question. Yes, it is a principle enforced by management, which can seem crazy and insensitive to employees (or out of date). However, experience has showed me that even abusive customers have valid claims and if acknowledged properly, they rarely remain abusive. Turning a detractor into a promoter, brings so much satisfaction. I stand by my incorrect answer and accept my score.
